How the mediation works

A straightforward, six-step flow with a full audit trail on every transaction.

01

Client identifies a need

A European company defines its solar panel requirement — volume, specification, and timeline.

02

Supplier matching

MOUD BAC matches the client with a suitable, pre-vetted manufacturer from its existing network.

03

Negotiation

Terms — price, quality, lead time — are negotiated directly between both parties on the client's behalf.

04

Direct payment

The European client pays the supplier directly. MOUD BAC never touches the goods or the principal payment.

05

Commission invoiced

MOUD BAC invoices a commission fee to the client or supplier for the mediation service rendered.

06

Bank transfer, every time

All payments — incoming and outgoing — are made exclusively via bank transfer. No cash, ever.

Services

End-to-end coverage of the sourcing relationship, from first introduction to ongoing supply.

Supplier vetting

Identification and due diligence on manufacturers before any introduction is made.

Price negotiation

Terms negotiated on the client's behalf, drawing on existing supplier relationships.

Communication bridge

Direct, fluent communication between European buyers and manufacturers.

Trade documentation

Guidance and coordination on the paperwork that accompanies cross-border trade.

Relationship management

Ongoing supplier management for clients who order on a recurring basis.

Market access, both ways

EU market access for suppliers seeking a reliable, trusted local presence.

3–8%

Commission from the European buyer, agreed upfront as a percentage of total order value. Larger orders carry a lower percentage but a higher absolute value.
